- Dispute Resolution

9.2. The recipient of the claim must notify the claimant in writing or electronically within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim about the results of reviewing the claim.
9.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be referred to the Arbitration Court of Krasnoyarsk.
9.4. he current Policy and the relationships between the User and the Administration shall be governed by the applicable Russian Federation legislation.
- Additional Conditions
10.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Policy without the user’s consent.
