This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the «Agreement») relates to the website *link* (hereinafter referred to as the «Site») owned by an individual entrepreneur (hereinafter referred to as the «Site Administration»). This Agreement regulates the relationship between the Site Administration and the User of this Site. The Site Administration reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any points of this Agreement at any time without prior notice to the User. By using the Site, the User accepts this Agreement and any changes made to it. The User is personally responsible for verifying this Agreement for any changes.

Terms and Definitions

Site Administration: an individual entrepreneur.

User: a person who has access to the Site through the Internet and uses the Site.

Site Cntent: protected intellectual property, texts, user interfaces, visual interfaces, computer programs, databases, design, structure, selection, coordination, external appearance, overall style, and placement of the Site Content, including all intellectual property objects contained on the Site, both individually and together.

Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the provision of access to the services offered.

Services Provided

The ite provides the following services to the User:

Access to electronic content with the right to view the content;

Access to site navigation tools;

Provision of the User’s ability to submit requests for educational services;

Access to information about educational services.

All existing (functioning) services on the Site, as well as any subsequent modifications and additional services that may appear in the future, are subject to this Agreement.

This Agreement is a Public Offer

Upon accessing the Site, the User is considered to have joined this Agreement.

Use of Site Materials and Services

The use of Site materials and services is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Site Administration

Ha the right to change the usage rules of the Site and modify the Site Content. Changes take effect from the moment a new version of the Agreement is published on the Site.

Has the right to refuse service without explanation.

Has the right to request additional information from the User that is relevant to the services provided by the Site.

Has the right to take measures to protect the Site and its Content from unauthorized access and use.

User

Has the right to use all services available on the Site and to purchase educational services offered on the Site.

Has the right to ask questions related to Site services via email at *email address*.

Has the right to use the Site solely for purposes and in a manner consistent with the Agreement and not prohibited by the laws of the Russian Federation.

Has the right to request that the Site Administration remove any information about the User.

Is obligated to:

Provide additional information requested by the Site Administration that is relevant to the services provided by the Site.

Respect intellectual property rights and other rights of authors and other rights holders when using the Site.

Not take any actions that may be considered as disrupting the normal operation of the Site.

Not disseminate any confidential and protected by Russian law information about physical or legal persons.

Take measures to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.

Ensure the accuracy of the information provided.

Ensure the confidentiality of protected by Russian law information.

Not use the services to:

Represent oneself as another person or representative of an organization or community without sufficient authority, including as a Site employee.

Mislead about the properties and characteristics of any service posted on the Site.

 Engage in unfair comparison or create a negative attitude towards individuals using certain services or condemn such individuals.

Is prohibited from:

Using any devices, programs, procedures, algorithms, and methods, automatic or equivalent manual processes, to access, acquire, copy, or track the Site Content.

Disrupting the proper functioning of the Site.

Using any means to bypass the Site’s navigation structure to obtain or attempt to obtain any information, documents, or materials by means not provided by the Site services.

Unauthorized access to the Site’s functions, any other systems or networks related to the Site, or any services offered on the Site.

Disrupting the Site’s security or authentication system or any network related to the Site.

Performing reverse searches, tracking, or attempting to track any information about another User.

Using the Site or its Content for any purposes prohibited by Russian law, and inciting any illegal activity or other activity that infringes on the rights of the Site or other individuals.

Use of the Site

The Site and its Content, including all intellectual property objects contained on the Site, belong to and are managed by the Site Administration.

Content

The Site Content is protected by copyright, trademark law, and other rights related to intellectual property, as well as unfair competition law.

Ordering an educational service offered on the Site may require the transfer of personal data from the User.

This Agreement applies to all additional terms and conditions of service provided on the Site.

Information posted on the Site should not be interpreted as changing this Agreement.

Responsibility

Any damages that the User may incur due to intentional or negligent breach of any provision of this Agreement, as well as unauthorized access to another User’s communications, shall not be compensated by the Site Administration.

The Site Administration is not liable for:

Delays or disruptions in the operation process caused by force majeure or any other defects in telecommunications, computer, electrical, and other related systems.

Proper functioning of the Site, if the User does not have the necessary technical means to use it, and does not have any obligations to ensure user access to such means.

Breach of user agreement conditions.

The Site Administration has the right to disclose information about the User if Russian law requires or permits such disclosure.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes or disagreements between the parties to this Agreement, it is mandatory to submit a claim (a written proposal for voluntary dispute resolution) before filing a lawsuit.

Any claim related to the use of the Site must be submitted within 5 days of the occurrence of the grounds for the claim, except for protecting copyrights on protected materials on the Site. Failure to comply with this condition will result in any claim being dismissed by the court.

The Site Administration does not accept counter-proposals from the User regarding changes to this User Agreement.
